Our wedding will take place at the beautiful Borgo Castello Panicaglia, which is located approximately 2.5 hours from both Florence and Rome, nestled in the hills of Umbria.

For all our guests travelling by (rental) car, note that there are plenty of parking lots available. For those travelling guests without a car, please indicate your travel dates/timings as part of the invitation RSVP. This will allow us to support with arranging and coordinating your transportation options.

Yes! When you come up the driveway, you'll see the designated parking area on your right.

Fun fact: The first question Björn asked the venue was whether they had enough parking available. Practical as always HAHA!

Absolutely! We are organising & booking accommodations for both nights of the wedding getaway, which are on the 23rd and 24th.

Accommodations will either be provided at the wedding venue itself or in a separately booked location, depending on capacity constraints. We want to ensure that every guest is comfortable and has a place to relax and unwind.

The bride's parents, in their generosity, are sponsoring one night of accommodation. For the second night, we kindly request that guests bear the cost, which amounts to 150 EUR or 220 SGD per guest total, respectively.

Following your RSVP, we will reach out to you with payment details. If you have expressed interest in booking hair and make-up services for the wedding day, we will include those fees in the total amount.

Closer to the wedding date, we will provide you with detailed information about the exact location of your accommodations. Our goal is to make the entire process as smooth as possible, allowing you to focus on celebrating this joyous occasion with us.

Please do coordinate your own accommodation before and/or after the indicated days should you wish to spend more time in Italy.

When you reach Borgo Castello Panicaglia, simply walk through the gate and straight down the path. You'll see the check-in on your left.

Our wedding planner Daniela will reach out to you to collect your passport details, so we can arrange pre-check-ins, to remove any need for paperwork when you arrive at the wedding. No fuss, no muss – simply start enjoying the festivities!

Having booked out our venue, which has accommodation for 40+ of our guests, we are waiting for the RSVP to close on April 15th. Once we know for certain which guests will be joining us, we will be allocating rooms to all our guests. It may be the case that some guests will be hosted in a nearby accommodation, at 5 minutes from the venue. However, no matter where you will be staying, you will be part of the entire experience at the main venue – including breakfast and lunch.

We will be sharing your room allocation nearer to the wedding by email.

For those that would like our assistance, we can help by arranging transportation for you. If there's a group arriving at similar times at the same airport, we'll organise shared transport. After RSVPs close, we'll provide details on timings and fees.

Our wedding getaway takes place from 23 September 2024 at 2pm to the 25th of September 2024 at 12pm. For the full itinerary, please check out the schedule.

We expect it to be sunny and very nice with temperatures around 25° during the day and falling as low as 15° at night, so we recommend to bring a coverage/light jacket for the evenings outside.

Throughout our wedding getaway, we will serve you the most delicious Italian farm-to-table delectables. As part of your RSVP, we will be collecting any dietary restrictions you may have.
