Our celebrations will take place over two days in the Margaret River region (Yallingup). We recommend arriving into Perth on Wednesday afternoon (28-October) and driving down to Margaret River on Thursday.
If you plan to meet us for welcome drinks in Fremantle (Perth) on Wednesday evening, the details are below. A hire car is the easiest way to get around so you can explore the area. In Margaret River you will find beaches, surf, coastal walks, bush walks, caves, golf, breweries, and of course wineries.
Our events start late afternoon, so you will have plenty of time to explore or make the most of your trip. We have provided some recommendations below. If anyone requires transport from Perth, we will happily arrange. Please include this in your RSVPs.

Albany & Denmark
Drive south the Coast from Margaret River towards Denmark & Albany, two historic and charming coastal towns. Stop on the way via Hamelin Bay, Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse, Dave Evans Bicentennial Trees and explore Walpole-Nornalup NP and the Giant Tingle Trees, the Green Pools & Elephant Rock in the region.
Esperance via Bremer Bay
If you want to drive further along the coast towards Esperance and stop on the way via Two Peoples Bay, Bremer’s Bay to reach Esperance and then don’t forget to visit Lucky Bay with Kangaroos on the beach.
Swan Valley (Perth)
Only 30min drive from Perth you find the beautiful Swan Valley with Wineries all along the road. Visit Sandalford Wines, Olive Farm Wines, Upper Reach Wineries or create your own vineyard tour experience.
Exmouth & Ningaloo Reef
Drive up the Western Coast of Australia from Perth to Exmouth, stop via Pinnacles Desert, Jurien Bay, Pink Lage, Kalbarri NP & Island Rock Lookout, Hamelin Pool Stromatolites, Cape Peron & Francois Peron NP, Coral Bay (Nigaloo Reef & Diving), to Exmouth and Cape Range NP.

Due to our venue capacity constraints, we will only be able to accommodate those guests specified on your invitation.
Our wedding venues do not lend themselves to children. Should you need nanny services, please let us know and we can connect you with services. If you would like to share nannies with other guests, to have your children looked after together close by, please let us know.
On Friday, we will have a space for young babies to be looked after near the ceremony and reception, you will easily be able to check on/stay with your baby throughout the day/evening as needed. Please note this space is not suitable for toddlers or older children.
On Saturday, babies are welcome to attend the early evening as needed, however we do not have a second room on-site available. We suggest you stay walking distance to ilma at The Pullman Bunker Bay, or selected rental properties, if you have a child you need to check on with a nanny or need to rotate child care. Please contact our planner if you have questions.
Our wedding will take place at Cherubino Cellar Door (3462 Caves Rd, Wilyabrup WA 6280, Australia) and ilma Beachhouse (15 Farm Break Ln, Naturaliste WA 6281, Australia) in Margaret River in Western Australia.

Yallingup is a 3hr drive from Perth. Car rentals are easy and we will also share transport options closer to the day.
Please indicate with your RSVP if you would like to join a group transport from Perth to Margaret River or if you are driving independently. After we have collected all registrations, we will proceed and plan accordingly.
We expect it to be sunny, nicely warm but with breezy evenings outside. We could also expect some light rain showers for short periods of time. Make sure that you bring a light jacket or shawl for the evenings.
As part of your RSVP we collect any dietary restrictions you may have.
We consider your presence alone a huge gift. As such, we are not expecting any presents, if you would like to leave us a card, we will have a wishing well at the venue on Friday and Saturday.
