Bali has a tropical climate, so consider planning your wedding during the dry season (April to October) to avoid rain disruptions. If you’re after lower rates and fewer tourists, the shoulder months (April, May, September) are ideal.

After aligning our vision with yours, we will proceed to recommend and book trusted vendors like celebrants or priests, photographers and videographers, hair and makeup artists, florists and stylists and suggest suitable entertainment (from acoustic duos to fire dancers!)
We will source for the relevant portfolios and previous wedding examples and most vendors are happy to share.
Finally, we will advise you on the timelines to block out accommodation for your guests early as many Bali venues offer package deals. You can also consider welcome bags or planning group activities like beach days, yoga sessions, or cultural tours. Timelines will also be plotted for sending out invitations. We ideally give guests as much notice as possible—ideally 8–12 months in advance and will assist to include travel tips, accommodation options, dress code suggestions and wedding website. We may even be able to arrange group discounts on flights or hotels.
And of course, plan your honeymoon! Many couples extend their stay in Bali or hop over to nearby islands like Nusa Lembongan or the Gili Islands.
