Since our founder Daniela started in Singapore in early 2020, we have planned, styled and realised multiple special moments for our couples. Understanding the dreams and hopes of a couple and designing personal stories that create everlasting memories is our deepest passion! And we are in need of YOU!

Event Coordinator

Part-time for events

We are expanding our team and looking for you, if you are passionate about realising the most perfect wedding/event experience for our clients! We want to share our love, passion and dedication for events with you. This is a part-time event based job and it depends on how many people we need for a specific event!

We need your motivation, dedication and willing to go all in:

▪ Highly organised Multi-tasker

▪ Reliable & great time management

▪ Support to create a beautiful event set up

▪ Independent, fast & creative thinker

▪ Handling logistics with the vendors

▪ Carrying of flowers and décor

▪ Tearing down of event décor

Client Support Manager

Part-time of full-time

Are you highly motivated, independent, creative and easily fascinated? Great! We love your existing event experience, your great client communication management, how you manage and keep a project on track and how you find solutions with a hands-on attitude.

We need your motivation, dedication and willing to go all in:

▪ Manage and track client communications mainly in WhatsApp Group Chats

▪ Organise and transfer the messages/next steps into our planning tool Trello
▪ Take action when required to find answers and solutions to client requests
▪ Prepare, fill up and maintain the clients project management spreadsheets
▪ Planning event schedules, detailed flows & preparation of client meetings

▪ Sourcing, liaising and communicating with vendors (locally & worldwide)

▪ Assisting in the development of a stable, trustworthy vendor network

▪ Preparation of vendor briefings & client presentations

▪ Regular updates and involvement of the senior management
