We donโt offer day-of coordination as a standalone service. True excellence in wedding execution requires careful preparation, supplier alignment and timeline precision developed well before the wedding day.
However, our Essential Arrangement offers what many couples call wedding day coordination โ but with the added benefit of several weeks of pre-event guidance, vendor communication, and detailed timeline creation. This ensures your celebration runs seamlessly from start to finish.

If you've planned your wedding through CYS Bridal Compass, we can add streamlined Day-of Coordination once your planning is complete. Since the preparation, vendor shortlist and timeline are already built together, coordination day starts from a head start, not a cold start.
Yes. Managing invitations and RSVPs is a key part of our Guest Management support. We can assist with digital or printed invitations, wedding websites, guest list tracking and communication support to ensure the process is smooth and stress-free.
For larger weddings or destination events, we also coordinate RSVP follow-ups, guest travel logistics and management on-site,ย so no detail is overlooked.
Guest Management is included in our Premium, Exclusive, and Destination Arrangements. It covers the entire experience from guest invitations and RSVP collection to travel and accommodation logistics in the destination package. The total wedding investment depends on the size, style and location of your celebration. Our couples typically invest from S$80,000 upwards for a full-service planned and designed weddings, with high-end celebrations reaching way beyond that range.
We are transparent about costs and guide you in creating a realistic and well-prioritised budget from the very beginning.
We start every planning journey with a personal consultation to understand your vision, style and priorities. Based on this, we prepare a preliminary budget framework that outlines realistic cost ranges for venues, design and vendors.
As soon as we start working together, you get also insights to all our preferred vendors and their rate ranges.
